So I have been trying to walk about 40 minutes each day. Some days I have gotten in about 80 minutes. So I decided to weigh myself today. Nothing great to say other then I haven’t lost anything yet.
I weighed in at 2*3.3 pounds. I am going to set a goal of losing 3 pounds in a week. Not a big goal, but a realistic one for someone like me who is not very active.
Will update again later… time to look for what is one Woot!
