Got this story from the AP and got a kick out of the last paragraph.
The summary of this story is that this gentleman of 500 pounds goes “tubing” down the St. Croix river with his buddies when he starts having chest pains. Worried that he is having a heart attack, a crew is sent out to rescue him. Twelve hours later they are able to get him to a safe place and determine that he is not having a heart attack.
The reporter is interviewing the mans mother who reports that “even though Rike weighs 500 pounds, the truck driver is ‘really pretty healthy,’ his mother said.
I am just wondering, if this man weighs 500 pounds and he is ‘really pretty healthy’, how tall is he? I am guessing between eight and nine feet tall!
